Sane Drive is a science-grounded health and neuroscience space built for people who care about clarity, growth, and evidence-based living. We explore the intersections of behavioural science, well-being, and everyday decision-making, translating complex research into conversations that feel human, practical, and energizing.
At our core, Sane Drive helps people understand why we think, feel, and act the way we do, and how small, intentional shifts can create meaningful change.
The gap between experience and understanding is where a lot of unnecessary suffering lives. We cover the science of the brain, the gut, sleep, sensitivity, stress, emotion, environmental cues and the impact of brain health, neuroendocrine function, and behaviour. Not to overwhelm you with information, but to give you the specific kind of clarity that changes how you see yourself and the people around you.
Mission: To make rigorous brain and body science accessible, practical, and genuinely useful, so that more people can make informed decisions about their mental and physical health.
Vision: A world where brain health literacy is as common as physical health awareness, where understanding your nervous system is not a privilege but a foundation everyone builds on.
Sane implies: mental and neurological health deserves to be treated with the same seriousness as physical health. Drive: because we believe knowledge, when it is the right knowledge, gives you momentum.
Too much health content is either too clinical to be useful or too vague to be true. We occupy the space in between: rigorous enough to cite peer-reviewed research, human enough to actually land in practice.
Sane Drive is led by Nosarieme Abey PhD, a health and neuroscience writer focused on making complex science accessible without dumbing it down. Every article cites its sources. We believe that is the baseline.
Every month we send one email worth opening. No noise, just the most compelling piece of brain science we have been sitting with, plus what it means for your everyday life.
