Gene therapy as Against Opioid for Pains…….. Gist

So I got this gist and decided to share.

With this, if successfully established, we can have pains drastically damped.

So a thought ran through my mind; will this also apply to labor pain in women?

If yes, can this yield an imprint in the neonate? I mean is there any chance the gene therapy will make the newborn grow up to not feel pains.
